Many Every Nation pastors, leaders, and church members have asked how they can get involved in the relief effort. I suggest you visit the “Pastors Resource Council (PRC) Compassion” website (PRCcompassion.net) for more info.

The “PRC Compassion” is a network of over 500 area churches that are working together to provide relief in five areas:
– temporary shelters – food and water – heavy equipment for the cleanup effort – laborers to help in the shelters and in the cleanup – crisis counseling

The PRC Compassion organization is led by five respected area pastors including my friends, Every Nation pastors Jacob Aranza and Steve Robinson. Jacob pastors Our Savior’s Church in Lafayette and Steve pastors Christ the King Church in Mandeville.

he PRC Compassion now runs 20 shelters providing daily food, water, and shelter for thousands who had to flee their homes. PRC Compassion has also mobilized 1000 volunteers with chainsaws who are working to clean up neighborhoods and clear roads.

All for now. More later. Keep praying and check out their website
