Tortured & Jailed for Christ

Fri., July 21, 2006

He is one of the most gracious and humble men I have ever met. If someone had not already explained him to me, I would have never guessed he was the leader of one of the largest church movements in the world. When I hosted him in my church in Manila, he insisted on helping the ushers stack chairs. I have never had a guest speaker do that. My respect for him only grew when I visited his nation and got to pray with his leaders and minister in his churches. He has already spent 12 years in prison because of his faith, enduring many beatings and electric shock torture. He has been caught again and was recently sentenced to another 7 years in a Chinese prison. Please pray for our friend, "Bro Z" and his family.
